Mary Anne is one of the founding members of the Gulf Coast office of Capital Growth Real Estate. A Gulf Coast native, Mary Anne has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mary Anne is a licensed real estate agent and her primary focus is Geographic Information Systems, marketing with a specialization in research. Mary Anne’s prior experience Includes over 19 years with The Shopping Center Group.  She started as a Divisional Office Manager and as a GIS Analyst and was part of the Development Team which received the ESRI’s 2016 Special Achievement in GIS Award.

Mary Anne enjoys the beach, bird watching and gardening.
