Charlie is one of the founding members of the Gulf Coast office of Capital Growth Real Estate.  The Mobile native has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a main focus on Retail Site Selection, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Services.  Based in Fairhope, AL, Charlie’s territory includes The Florida Panhandle, South Alabama, South Mississippi, and the State of Louisiana.

Prior to joining CGRE, Charlie spent 13 years with the gulf coast office of The Shopping Center Group

Charlie received a BS in Marketing from Auburn University.  He is a strong supporter and an active volunteer with The American Cancer Society as well as several local conservation organizations.

His hobbies include, golf, fishing, and generally anything that involves being outdoors
