Tenant Representation

Our approach is to learn our clients’ business on a granular level. Thoroughly investigating current needs and forecasting future needs, we carefully construct strategic positioning plans which are enhanced by insight derived from geographic information system (GIS) applications. Our staff is highly trained in GIS which helps us visualize, analyze, and construct spatial solutions to position our clients in optimized locations.
From complex land assemblages to difficult re-zonings, our team has a wealth of knowledge on how to handle the full spectrum of scenarios, which inevitably arise during real estate transactions and negotiations.
As tenant representatives, we position ourselves as client advocates and local ambassadors – extensions of our clients’ real estate departments. We specialize in the repositioning and disposition of grocery and big boxes, as well as land and outparcel sales. Our process is simple – pair our local market knowledge with our understanding of the complexities of box re-use and land use to drive bottom line performance for our clients and exceed their expectations. Our disposition and re-positioning roster includes work on boxes such as Bruno’s, Winn Dixie, Piggly Wiggly, Goody’s, Kmart, and Wal-Mart, as well as numerous one-off boxes throughout the southeast.
